The epitome of Midwestern comfort food, this fall recipe for Sweet Onion Vidalia Meatloaf incorporates our hallmark Sweet Vidalia Onion Steakburgers with all the makings of Grandma’s famous meatloaf: eggs, heavy cream, breadcrumbs, garlic, fresh sage, fresh thyme, salt and pepper. Thaw two (8 ounce) Sweet Vidalia® Onion Steakburgers. Pour heavy cream over breadcrumbs in a large mixing bowl, and allow to saturate for 15 minutes. Add beef and all other ingredients, mix and form into meatloaf. Bake at 350°F for approximately 90 minutes, then remove from the oven and allow to sit for 15 minutes prior to serving.
