Follow these simple steps for the juiciest, most tender bites:

🔪 Find the Grain – Look for more uniform, long muscle fibers running down and through the steak.
🔪 Slice Against the Grain – Cut perpendicular to those fibers for maximum tenderness.
🔪 Cut Thin Slices – Keep each slice no more than ¼ inch thick.
🔪 Cut on the bias – Hold your knife blade at a 45° angle. Cutting this way exposes more surface area and helps weaken the bonds that hold the muscle fibers together.
